1. Accounts

1.1. In order for you to be able to place wagers using any of the Websites, you must first register with cryptoleo.com and open an account.

1.2. You are allowed to have only one (1) account. Only one account for each household, IP, and PC is allowed. If you attempt to open more than one account, all accounts you try to open may be blocked or closed and any bets may be voided. Also any returns, deposits, winnings or bonuses which you have gained or accrued during such time as the duplicate account was active will be forfeited by you and may be reclaimed by us, and you will return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from the duplicate account. If you wish to open another account, you may do so by contacting support at support@cryptoleo.com. If a new account is opened, the old account will be closed. If you notice that you have more than one registered account you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may lead to your account being blocked for access.

1.3. You must enter all mandatory information requested into your registration form, including a valid e-mail address; if you do not enter a valid email address, we will be unable to help you recover any “forgotten passwords”. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is true, complete and correct.

1.4. As part of the registration process you will have to choose your username and password for your login into the Website. It is your exclusive responsibility to ensure that your login details are kept securely. You must not disclose your login details to anyone. Casino is not responsible for any abuse of your account by third parties due to your disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, whether active or passive, of your login details to any third party.

1.5. For transaction security, we use SSL encryption. All customer data will be treated as confidential and will not be sold to third parties.

1.6. Kindly note that withdrawals have to be made to the same method that you deposited with.

1.7. All information that you provide to CryptoLeo.com during the term of validity of this agreement is true, complete, and correct, and you shall immediately notify CryptoLeo.com of any change of such information.

1.8. You are not allowed to transfer funds from your account to other players or to receive funds from other players into your account, or to transfer, sell and/or acquire, user accounts.

1.9. Some circumstances may arise where a wager is confirmed, or a payment is performed, by us in error. In all these cases Casino reserves the right to cancel all the wagers accepted containing such an error, or to correct the mistake made re-settling all the wagers at the correct prices/spreads/terms that should have been available at the time that the wager was placed in the absence of the error.

1.10. Should the user become aware of possible errors or incompleteness in the software, he/she agrees to refrain from taking advantage of them. Moreover, the user agrees to report any error or incompleteness immediately to CryptoLeo.com. Should the user fail to fulfil the obligations stated in this clause, the Company has a right to full compensation for all costs related to the error or incompleteness, including any costs incurred in association with the respective error/incompleteness and the failed notification by the user.

1.11. CryptoLeo.com reserves the right to retain payments if suspicion or evidence exists of manipulation of the casino system. Criminal charges will be brought against any user or any other person(s), who has/have manipulated the casino system or attempted to do so. CryptoLeo.com reserves the right to terminate and/or change any games or events being offered on the Website.

2. Payouts

2.1. The minimal amount for withdrawal is 0.0002 BTC, 0.01 ETH, 0.01 LTC, 1 DOGE, 1 ADA, 10 TRX, 1 USDT (TRC20), 1 USDT (ERC20) unless specified otherwise. The maximum amount for withdrawal depends on the payment method you use. If the requested amount exceeds the limit of a particular payment system, the amount will be withdrawn in installments.

2.2. If we mistakenly credit your account with winnings that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical error in the pay-tables, or human error or otherwise, the amount will remain our property and will be deducted from your account. If you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you prior to us becoming aware of the error, the mistakenly paid amount will (without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law) constitute a debt owed by you to us. In the event of an incorrect crediting, you are obliged to notify us immediately by email.

2.3. You acknowledge that the funds are consumed instantly and Casino does not provide for refunds or cancellation. CryptoLeo reserves the right to payout substantial wins in monthly installments.

2.4. We reserve the right to carry out verification procedures for each client at first withdrawal. Such verifications may for example include copies of a player’s passport, national Identity Card, copies of a player’s utility bills, and/or copies of the debit/credit cards used to deposit.

2.5. It's the responsibility of the player to ensure that all documents as a part of the KYC process are genuine. Faked or fraudulent documents provided may result in a confiscation of deposits and potential winnings of the player.

2.6. In order to make a withdrawal, a player must play through active deposited amounts at least 3 times prior to withdrawal. This procedure is in line with anti-money laundering practices. The player is fully responsible for paying all fees and taxes applied to their winnings according to the laws of the jurisdiction of the player’s residence.

2.7. In the unlikely event of a player depositing cryptocurrency funds to another crypto currency network address (such as but not limited to: sending BTC to a BCH address). CryptoLeo will not attempt to recover the amount unless it exceeds €5000. In such cases, a fee of 0.1 BTC will be charged in order to recover the lost funds to cover expenses to pursue the recovery, however it's not a guarantee to get the funds recovered.

2.8. The internal operating currency of the Website is BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT (TRC20), USDT (ERC20), DOGE, ADA, TRX. Due to this fact, in case you transact in other currencies, the amount deducted from your credit card may be insignificantly higher than displayed at the time of transaction due to currency conversions on the side of your bank and/or the Casino's payment processing system.

2.9. The maximum withdrawal amount processed to a player is 0.06403 BTC, 0.9131 ETH, 21.665 LTC, 18175 DOGE, 2610.1251 ADA, 42662.755 TRX, 2857 USDT (TRC20), 2857 USDT (ERC20) per day, 0.192092 BTC, 2.7393 ETH, 64.995 LTC, 54525 DOGE, 7824.9012 ADA, 127903.989 TRX, 8571 USDT (TRC20), 8571 SDT(ERC20) per week and 0.384183 BTC, 5.4815 ETH, 130.125 LTC, 109050 DOGE, 15669.6922 ADA, 255959.153 TRX, 17142 USDT (TRC20), 17142 USDT (ERC20) per month, unless otherwise specified in the Terms and Conditions of a specific promotion. Exceptions may be made to players with a higher VIP level, if any, at the Casino’s sole discretion.

2.10. If you win more than 0.384183 BTC, 130.125 LTC, 5.4815 ETH, 109050 DOGE, 15669.6922 ADA, 255959.153 TRX, 17142 USDT (TRC20), 17142 USDT (ERC20) the Casino reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly installments of maximum 0.384183 BTC, 130.125 LTC, 5.4815 ETH, 109050 DOGE, 15669.6922 ADA, 255959.153 TRX, 17142 USDT (TRC20), 17142 USDT (ERC20) until the full amount is paid out.

2.11. We reserve the right to use additional procedures and means to verify your identity (Know Your Client) when effecting deposits into your account. This could include (but is not limited to) a selfie with a document or form of identification. In order to verify player`s account casino management require documents (ID, payment systems, utility bills еtc) in Latin or Cyrillic alphabet. In case player doesn’t have an opportunity to provide documents in above-mentioned alphabet casino reserves the right to demand video verification where player shows his/her documents.

2.12. We reserve the right to make a phone call to the number provided in your account, which at our own discretion can be a necessary part of the KYC procedure. Until the account is fully verified, no cashouts will be processed.

2.13. We are not a financial institution and thus should not be treated as such. Your account will not bear any interest and no conversion or exchange services will be offered at any time.

3. Bonus Terms

3.5. The Player is not allowed to perform any fraudulent actions while playing with an active bonus in order to fulfil the requirements to wager the bonus, the Casino reserves the right to cancel all Player’s winnings.

3.6. All the bonuses have a minimum deposit requirement for obtaining the bonus, limitation of the maximum possible bonus amount, wagering terms, limitation of the maximum amount of bets while wagering, time limitation of bonus life, unless otherwise indicated.

3.7. 3.8. The winnings obtained by using bonuses become available for withdrawal only after meeting the requirements of all wagering rules.

3.9. All bonuses (unless otherwise specified) need to be wagered 40 times before the funds can be withdrawn.

3.10. All the bonuses are sticky. It means, you cannot request your withdrawal until wagering requirements are fully fulfilled. Also, you start playing for real money first, then for bonus money, and as soon as bonus money is lost, the bonus also gets lost.

3.11. Validity of the bonus is 14 days from the moment it was received, unless otherwise indicated.

3.12. At the end of the bonus period, if the bonus remains valid and the conditions of wagering are not met, all bonus money and winnings are void.

3.13. Bonuses are automatically cancelled upon active balance reaching the amount of 0.000011 BTC, 0.0002 ETH, 0.004 LTC, 2.908 DOGE, 0.4378 ADA, 7.141 TRX, 0.46 USDT (TRC20), 0.46 USDT (ERC20) or less.**This term only applies to balance tied to a bonus, i.e. deposit + bonus, or a bonus only (in case of a no deposit bonus), and doesn't apply to funds on player's balance gained from other deposits or bonuses.

3.14. A player can request a withdrawal of their deposit before meeting the requirements for bonus wagering. In this case, the amount of the bonus and winnings are void, and the remaining funds, if any, are paid to the player.

3.15. A player has the right to cancel any bonuses without proceeding to their wagering, without any loss of their own funds.

3.16. Only one bonus can be activated at a time. The deposit bonuses cannot be combined.

3.17. A player has the right to refuse from any bonuses from the Casino.

3.18. Delaying any game round in any game, including Free Spins features and bonus features, to a later time when you have no more wagering requirement and/or performing new deposit(s) while having Free Spins features or bonus features still available in a game is prohibited.

3.19. Please, note that not in all games a bet amount is fully taken into account when wagering the bonus. 100% of the bet is taken into account when playing slots, except for the slots below.

3.21. When gambling with bonus funds, all the winnings requested for withdrawal pass a check prior to payment processing. The Casino reserves the right to request the user to confirm the personal data and payment method data as a result of the check.

3.22. The Casino has the right to revoke any bonuses and winnings, as well as to confiscate all the money in the account if it has been obtained dishonestly or in violation of these rules.

3.23. The Casino reserves the right to amend and supplement these terms at any time.

3.25. All bonuses are accrued at CEST time.

3.26. The maximum winnings resulting from any no-deposit offer are capped at 50 USDT or an equal amount of the respective currency if not stated otherwise. This includes, but is not limited to, the winnings from no-deposit bonuses, no-deposit free spins, and cash rewards.

3.27. Winnings from the bonus are restricted to a maximum of x10 the bonus amount.

3.28. Some bonuses have a maximum win setting that limits your win by multiplying the bonus sum with the max win. For example, if your bonus is 100 EUR and the maximum win is 10 EUR, your win cannot be more than 1,000 EUR (100*10).

3.29. The maximum winnings from using bonuses are capped at ten times the amount of the bonuses used.

4. Rakeback

4.1. Rakeback is calculated as a return percentage on each of your bets, depending on the edge that the house has on you theoretically. For every bet you make in the casino vertical, you get back some of the bet, which is equal to the percentage of your level’s rakeback from the respective house edge.

4.2. The Rakeback percentage depends on the deposit sum (or equivalent) for the previous day:

5. Welcome Package 

5.1. All bonuses that are part of the Welcome Package are valid for 7 days. All Welcome Package bonuses are credited to the player’s account automatically, without any promo codes. If a player uses any promo codes for a Welcome Package bonus, they will not receive it.

8. Sticky Light Bonus Mechanics

8.1. The bonus balance is divided into two parts: real and bonus. Depending on which part of this balance the bet is made from, the winning is accrued to that part.
